A380 Production Update: April 2009 (#5)

Well just some little news today. MSN023 for Emirates will be making its first taxi tests this week.
MSN040 the second for Air France can now almost be seen in full now.
And finally the nacelles for the first A380 for Lufthansa MSN038 can be seen below.

A380 Production Update: April 2009 (#4)

The next convoy #5 for 2009 will run from April 20 to April 23rd. We are yet to know what MSN yet.

A380 Production Update: April 2009 (#3)

I have had confirmation that the latest convoy (March 30 to April 2nd) is MSN051 for Singapore Airlines. I will get photos up shortley.

A380 Production Update: April 2009 (#2)

MSN027 (F-WWSY) and MSN029 (F-WWSA) have arrived finally in Hamburg.


Hamburg is now very full with MSN017, MSN019, MSN021, MSN026, MSN027, MSN029, MSN033, MSN034 and MSN045. MSN017 for Emirates (A6-EDE) will most likely be delivered on April 24th. Back in Toulouse MSN023 for Emirates will start engine tests shortley.

A380 Production Update: April 2009 (#1)

MSN040 (F-WWSE) has left the FAL and is now on the flightline next to MSN023. She will be flying in May. There is only a picture of her tail at the moment which can be seen behind MSN029.
Also MSN051 the first of the second order for Singapore Airlines can be seen in transit below.

For MSN027 and MSN029 for Qantas they should be flying to Hamburg this week. Singapore has 10 flying A380s. Qantas now has a total of 6 flying A380s, Emirates has 5 and Air France has 1.

A380 Production Update: March 2009 (#19)

MSN029 (F-WWSA) the sixth for Qantas has made its first flight from Toulouse. Now it will make its way to Hamburg for painting and outfitting before being delievered in Q3/Q4 2009.
